Postiqo does not provide refunds once an order is confirmed.

Damaged Products

If your poster arrives damaged, we offer a replacement.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

After that, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
